About Dr. Fazel

Dr. Sadaf Fazel, BSc, DMD, is a dentist, educator, speaker, and owner of three dental practices.

Raised in a family of dentists, Dr. Fazel learned early that great dentistry is about more than clinical treatment. It is also about trust, communication, comfort, and the experience created for every patient and team member.

Her clinical work has focused extensively on Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatment planning, and helping dentists better understand the connection between orthodontic and restorative care. She continuously pursues technological innovation and workflow optimization to bring the best quality of treatment she can for her patients. 

Like many dentists, Dr. Fazel discovered that dental school prepared her to care for patients, but not necessarily to lead teams, manage difficult conversations, establish standards, or build a practice that could grow without depending on her for every decision.

Through experience, education, and reflection, she developed a more purposeful way to lead. Today, she teaches dentists how to combine compassion with structure, protect high standards without losing the human side of leadership, and create practices that support their patients, their teams, and their own well-being.

Dr. Sadaf Fazel has treated more than 1,000 patients with Invisalign, giving her extensive experience in clear aligner therapy and comprehensive treatment planning. Her approach considers more than tooth alignment alone, bringing together aesthetics, function, restorative needs, and long-term oral health. Through both clinical care and professional education, she helps patients and dentists better understand how thoughtfully planned orthodontic treatment can contribute to confident smiles and more predictable outcomes.

Her work is grounded in the realities of treating patients, leading teams, managing growing practices, and helping other dental professionals apply what they learn. 

She is the owner and operator of three dental clinics with over 24 operatories. with firsthand experience in leadership, team development, patient care, and practice growth.
